Owner Guarantee Terms and Conditions

 

1. The platform can be used by any natural or legal person, owner of private or professional vessels, captain, shipowner, freight broker, manager, or a person authorized by them. The owner is the ultimate provider and is solely responsible for the provision and execution of the charter service. By using the website they agree and accept the functions and generally the terms of use of the website.  (Terms of use, Cancellations - Refunds, Payments, Copyright, Privacy ) Through the use of the website, they can register, display,  manage their vessels, and accept reservations. Depending on their choice, they can accept reservations with an automated reservation and payment process, thus automatically concluding an agreement and accepting the traveler’s reservation. They can choose the way they will accept the reservations: a) accept the reservation at the traveler's request and decide within 24 hours whether or not to accept the reservation or b) immediate reservation without accepting the request. 
All owners have the possibility to use the Smart search service to communicate through the platform and receive directly the request from potential tenants.
 They can respond by suggesting a more personalized and improved offer, thus gaining fast and secure bookings.
2. The shipowner agrees and accepts that he has full responsibility for the observance and execution of the services of the agreement, for the content, the accuracy and the correct information of the data of his registration.
The shipowner agrees to be solely responsible for their registration details, including the rules regarding charges and penalties for renting  their vessel.
The boats information registration must be synchronized and displayed in real-time and status at the time of the request, indicatively with details and images related to information about the boat, the prices, availability, amenities and itinerary.
The company is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information entered by the shipowner or for updating the details of its registration.
3. The shipowner reserves the right to register their vessel in other platforms, providing that the prices set in Voyarent are at most equal to those set in other platforms and never higher.
4. The shipowner agrees, is responsible, committed and obliged to protect the visitors’ personal data deemed necessary by the company to be transferred to them for the facilitation of the charter and the provision of their services and to comply with the European and international regulations of personal data protection.
The shipowner agrees, accepts and gives the right to the company, to transfer to the visitor their own personal data deemed necessary for completing the online reservation, achieving their immediate communication and for the facilitation and execution of services. 
5. The boat registration by the owner is free.
