CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Charterer has the option to cancel a reservation before boarding using the app by activating the "Cancel" option.
The automated system will confirm the cancellation and inform those involved.
During the cancellation request, the detailed description of the refund will be displayed which will refer to the amount of the value of the cancellation according to the time of cancellation and the cancellation policy selected and registered by the owner. The company will then activate and complete the refund process according to the terms of use of the platform and the cancellation policy of the boat owner.
In each case, the recipient of the refund is charged with the cost of services of the platform.
Where there are posted rules of the owner they supersede the rules of Voyarent.
The completion of the refund process takes place within 15 working days.

- In case of cancellation of the trip due to bad weather, the owner may decide to postpone the rental with simultaneous notification to Voyarent. In addition to changing the rental date, the owner can offer the renter a refund. In the case of a refund, the percentage of the reservation corresponding to the time period in which the trip will not take place is refunded. This percentage is set by the owner in the weather cancellation policy excluding Voyarent's Service Fees.
- In case of cancellation by the owner due to proven inability to sail the boat due to damage: The owner has an obligation to repair the boat or replace the boat with another of the same category, same value and age. If this is not possible, 100% of the money is returned to the renter, excluding commissions.
- In case the boat in the owner's registration differs substantially from the one presented to the traveler, e.g. smaller or other vessel, the traveler must cooperate with us immediately by providing appropriate evidence within 6 hours and then discuss the problem with the owner. After 6 hours without informing us the renter is not entitled to a refund. Although the company has no obligation to arbitrate, it will contact the owner in order to help resolve the problem.
- In cases that meet the above conditions, the reservation is canceled and 100% of the money is returned to the renter, excluding commissions.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation by the owner, if there are no reasons mentioned in articles 10 and 11 of the terms of use of voyarent.com, the cancellation is considered unjustified. The owner must arrange for the replacement of his boat with another of at least the same age and category. If this is not possible the reservation will be canceled and we will return to the traveler 100% of the value of the reservation.
