Cancellation of reservation
The traveler has the option to cancel a reservation before boarding using the app by activating the "Cancel" option. The automated system will confirm the cancellation and inform those involved.
The refund process will then be activated according to the terms of use of the platform and the cancellation policy of the boat owner.
In each case, the recipient of the refund is charged with the cost of services of the platform.
Booking cancellation policy
Flexible
100% refund, if canceling up to 7 days before boarding.
50% refund, if canceling up to 1 day before boarding.
Moderate
100% refund, if canceling up to 31 days before boarding.
50% refund, if canceling up to 8 days before boarding.
Strict
60% refund, if canceling up to 31 days before boarding.
Very Strict
50% refund, if canceling up to 60 days before boarding.
In any case, the recipient of the refund is charged with the cost of services of the platform.
