Cancellation policy
1. If the booking of the charter is cancelled 5 days and more prior to the charter, 100% refund
2. If the booking of the charter is cancelled up to 4 days prior to the charter, 50% of the charter fee will be retained.
3.There is no refund if the cancellation is 24 hours or less, prior to the day of the charter.
4. No-shows or more than 15 minutes delay, are 100% NO REFUNDS
Cancellation policy due to Bad weather/Urgent circumstances
In case of inclement weather, the captain shall, at its sole discretion, determine if such conditions will cause the cancellation of any cruise. If the cruise is cancelled for any reason, passenger are either rebooked on the next available cruise in which sports are available or issue a refund. We typically make every effort to get underway. Weather often changes at the last moment, making early cancellations nearly impossible. In the event of a cruise being cancelled more than one hour in advance, our cruise coordinator will contact you.
